A) Analyze and explain whether Vic is guilty of any crime under Minnesota law? Explain why or why not.
In most states, it is not necessary for people to stop if they witness an accident, let alone if they drive past a car who has already been involved in an accident that occurred before you came on the scene. Minnesota has a statute called a Good Samaritan Law, which dictates that if a person does not stop to help an injured person then they can be subjected to a fine of other penalty.
